How do payments work ?

You can purchase a pack to gain access to Snipbeaver's premium features. Each pack will give you access to premium features for a pre-specified duration ( for example, a 1 month pack will give you acess to premim features for 1 month ).

If you purchase a new pack before your current pack has expired, your premium access will be extended from the end date of the current pack ( i.e. it will add months to your existing pack ). If you purchase a pack after your previous pack has expired, your premium access will begin from the time you purchased the new pack.

How does the trial period work ?

You can access all features during the trial period ( applicable for 14 days from the sign up date ). If you purchase a pack during your trial period, your trial will end and your Premium Access plan will begin immediately .

Are payments refundable ?

All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable. You may send an email to [email protected] if you think you have fair reasons to receive a refund.

I cannot log into my account with my password

You won't be able to log in using your password if too many incorrect attempts have been made for your account. If you cannot log in with your password , try logging in with an email link or wait for 1 hour to retry logging in with your password

How do I delete my account ?

Go to the bottom of your account page . Click on the Delete Account button and follow any further instructions to delete your account
