All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable except as expressly provided in this Agreement. We will only provide You with a refund if We make a decision, at Our absolute discretion, that it is reasonable to do so under the circumstances. Where this occurs, the refund will be prorated based on the remaining days that are unused in Your plan/pack.
